The Duck Dive is a great bar and restaurant on Mission Blvd. in Pacific Beach. They’ve recently rolled out a new menu and you’ll want to check it out. Here’s why:
1. The Drinks
Duck Dive has a great weekly happy hour including half price drinks and appetizers. Top 3 favorite cocktails include the Trophy Wife, Blueberry Mojito, and the Cucumber Lemonade.
2. The Food
If you’re looking for a great appetizer, get the Baja Oysters Rockefeller! They’re unique here in that the toppings include shrimp too. They’re quite tasty, even for an oyster novice like myself. If you’re looking for a great entree, they make a mean filet! And if you still have room, you have to get the caramel filled churros!
3. Location
The restaurant is really close to the beach. It’s a great place to catch happy hour and sunset.
